2. Products and Availability

Colin's Cove offers curated, secondhand, and one-of-a-kind merchandise. Because our inventory consists of unique and often limited items, product availability is not guaranteed, and a listed item may sell out or become unavailable before your order is processed. We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph items accurately, but items are sold in the condition described at the time of listing, and minor variations in appearance or condition may occur.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, and will notify you before completing the transaction if a correction is needed. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and by placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with inventory availability. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Because our inventory consists largely of one-of-a-kind and secondhand items, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated on a specific product listing. If an item arrives significantly different from its description or damaged in transit, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery so we can work with you toward a resolution.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other user accounts, or related systems.

8. Intellectual Property
